The Klarity BiteLok® is a lightweight, breathable mouthpiece designed for secure and reproducible head and neck positioning. Using fast-setting dental putty—no water or warming required—the BiteLok quickly indexes to the patient’s mouth. A hands-free QuickFit™ tool molds a thermoplastic mask around the edges of the BiteLok, creating a precise connection between the patient and the mask. The mouthpiece can be easily removed for cleaning.
The Klarity BiteLok® features a low-profile design and a wide airway passage, offering superior comfort even for patients with smaller mouths. Optional tongue depressors and diverters allow for additional conformability and stabilization.
The BiteLok® is compatible with all thermoplastic masks, ensuring precise, comfortable, and reproducible positioning for head and neck treatments.

The BiteLok is made of a rigid, manageable mouthpiece with an open airway. Fast-setting dental putty is wrapped around the mouthpiece to index to the patient’s teeth. No water or warming is needed to activate the putty.
Once the dental putty is firm, a thermoplastic mask is placed overtop. While the mask is still warm, a hands-free Quickfit™ tool forms the mask around the edges of the BiteLok mouthpiece. The result is a comfortable, reproducible mouthpiece that indexes to both patient and mask, that can also be removed for cleaning. Once the mask has fully cured, the BiteLok can be removed from the mask by pushing the corner of the mask inward to release the mouthpiece.
Optional tongue depressors and tongue diverters allow for additional conformability. The depressors and diverters help leverage the tongue to the right, left, up or down depending on treatment needs. The accessories can also be removed from the mouthpiece for flexibility in treatment planning.
